The V2V terminal is located on Level 2 of the Vancouver Harbour Flight Centre, 1055 Canada Place, past the Olympic Cauldron at Jack Poole Plaza, Waterfront Walkway.

The V2V check-in location is at the wharf gate on the waterfront level of the Steamship Terminal building, at 470 Belleville Street.

V2V is a premium cruise service connecting downtown Vancouver and downtown Victoria. No bus transfers or lengthy cab rides to ferry terminals needed: Comfortable and Convenient, Downtown to Downtown.

The V2V Empress leaves downtown Vancouver every day at 8am in the morning, from March 15^th to October 31^st.

Royal class is located on the upper deck, features highly personalized service, the best panoramic views, and includes a 3-course light meal, a welcome drink, and unlimited non-alcoholic beverages.

We recommend that you arrive at the terminal in Vancouver or Victoria no later than 20 minutes prior to your scheduled departure.

If you have a reservation with V2V, you will have received a confirmation document. This is a scannable code that you are asked to present prior to boarding the vessel.

One piece of luggage of 50 pounds or less and one carry-on of 22 pounds or less are included in your fare.

Additional luggage or bulky items such as skis, golf clubs, and bikes will cost CA$25 per item. Your gate agent will be able to process any payments for additional luggage.

When you board, bring your luggage with you and hand it to one of our crew on board the boat. Your luggage is stored in the luggage hold at the rear of the vessel.

Carry-on luggage may need to be stored in the luggage area of the vessel due to space limitations in the cabin.

If you have a seating preference, you can enter this information in the Special Requests field when you book online, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Every passenger will have an assigned and reserved seat.

The main deck, Premium Class, is wheelchair accessible. Please let us know at the time of booking if you have any accessibility needs.

Our crew will provide assistance if you wish to transfer into one of our own seats.

If you wish to remain in your wheelchair, the crew needs to secure it to the deck in a specific row.

Children 2 – 12 years old pay 50% of the fare. Infants under 2 years old travel for free and must sit on a parent’s lap.

Strollers can be accommodated however will be placed in the luggage area of the vessel due to space limitations in the cabin.

We reserve the right not to transport any passenger under the age of 19 years, unless accompanied by an adult passenger.

We are unable to accommodate dogs other than service animals.

A service animal is any officially licensed guide dog or other animal individually trained to work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability.

At check-in the owner of the service animal must produce an official certificate according to the British Columbia Guide Dog and Service Dog Act.

We are unable to accommodate pets other than service animals.

You will not be required to show identification to board however for purchases of alcoholic beverages on-board two pieces of identification will be required, including one government-issued identification.

Passengers taking advantage of special rates such as AAA, CAA, BCAA, Seniors, Vancouver Island Residents, Government or Armed Forces Rates, must show one government-issued identification or membership card.

Underground parking is available at the Hotel Grand Pacific at 463 Belleville Street, across the road from our Terminal. Information regarding pricing can be found at www.robbinsparking.com.

All passengers, regardless what class they are travelling in, are invited to the upper outside deck to enjoy a spectacular 360-degree view.

Free WiFi is available for all passengers throughout the ship.

There are individual USB and international power outlets to charge electronic devices at each seat.

Family-style seating with tables is available.

A selection of local cuisine and British Columbia beer, wine, cider, and non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase.

À-la-carte food and snack options and non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages are available for purchase.

The V2V Empress is a smoke-free facility. There is no smoking of any sort allowed on the dock or on board at any time. This includes e-Cigarettes and Vapors.
